Management agreement

The Fabrizio Moretti Foundation is committed to promoting, both directly and indirectly, activities in the field of social and healthcare assistance, with a particular focus on hippotherapy.

Its primary aim is to support the functional and social rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, and sensory disabilities, as well as those requiring therapeutic care or facing economic, social, or familial hardship.

To this end, the Foundation collaborates with APS ARTAX ASD, a non-profit association dedicated to social solidarity. The association specialises in equestrian activities and disciplines designed for individuals with all types and degrees of disability.

APS ARTAX ASD is responsible for the full operational management of the activities, with complete administrative and financial autonomy. It assumes sole responsibility, in accordance with applicable civil, criminal, and administrative regulations, for all aspects of employment, collaboration, and service provision, including compliance with labour, social security, insurance, and health and safety regulations.
