The Fondazione Fabrizio Moretti is dedicated to the functional and social rehabilitation of individuals with physical, psychological, and sensory disabilities.
At the heart of its work lies a commitment to inclusion, dignity, and access to meaningful opportunities for personal development. Through carefully structured programmes, the Foundation seeks to support children, young people, and adults facing challenging economic, social, or family circumstances.
Its first major initiative has been the creation of an equestrian rehabilitation centre in Prato, conceived as a space where therapeutic practice, education, and community engagement converge.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Foundation was created with the intention of sharing the profound connection that has long existed between human wellbeing and the relationship with horses.
Equestrian therapy offers a unique and deeply effective form of rehabilitation, engaging both physical and emotional dimensions. It encourages balance, coordination, and confidence, while also fostering trust, empathy, and self-awareness.
The aim is not only therapeutic, but also experiential: to provide individuals from all backgrounds with access to meaningful encounters that can support both recovery and personal growth within a structured and supportive environment.
